When and where is the AIPAC Policy Conference?

Given the continued uncertainties created by the COVID-19 pandemic, and without a predictable avenue to safely bring together thousands of pro-Israel Americans, we have been forced to cancel the 2021 AIPAC Policy Conference. 

How do I get to the Convention Center?

The Washington Convention Center is in downtown Washington, D.C., and is easily accessible from the Mount Vernon Square stop on the Green and Yellow lines of the Metro, Washington’s subway. Shuttle buses will be available for delegates to travel between the Washington Convention Center and specific hotels within the AIPAC hotel block during the conference.

How do I get to Washington?

Washington, D.C.'s three major airports are Reagan National Airport (DCA), Dulles International Airport (IAD) and Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI). Amtrak operates train service to Washington's Union Station, which is also on the Red line of the metro.

How do I receive my badge?

All delegates, regardless of age, are required to be registered for the conference and to wear a badge in all conference venues. AIPAC issues all delegates personal conference credentials in the form of a badge and lanyard. Badges will be mailed to each delegate several weeks prior to Policy Conference. Please note that badges to the same household are mailed separately and will not be mailed to international addresses.

When can I book a hotel?

The AIPAC hotel block is now closed.

What are the food options?

There will be a variety of food options for purchase at the Washington Convention Center. With the exception of certain retail outlets in the Marriott Marquis, all retail food at conference venues is kosher under the supervision of the Capitol-K Rabbinical Council of Greater Washington.

What is the dress code?

Business attire is appropriate for the entire conference. The Washington Convention Center is very large, so comfortable shoes are a must throughout the conference.

Are there accommodations for delegates with disabilities?

AIPAC is dedicated to making Policy Conference a safe and comfortable experience for all of our delegates. Wheelchair accommodations and assistive listening devices will be available throughout the conference. ASL interpreters will be available during the General Sessions. What is a lobbying appointment?

A lobbying appointment is your opportunity to meet with your members of Congress and speak to them about issues of concern to the pro-Israel community. Most lobbying appointments will take place on Capitol Hill with either a member of Congress or a congressional staffer.

Is there a Shabbaton available?

Yes, the Shabbaton gives you a unique opportunity to come together to learn, reflect, and grow as a community. Conference delegates can engage in unique educational programs and in-depth discussions in a restful and respectful Shabbat environment. 

The Shabbaton is a pre-conference educational seminar available exclusively for delegates registered for Policy Conference.

Will AIPAC Policy Conference content be available online?
